Our client is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to help drive the strategy, execution, and management of sales and marketing processes, tools, analytics, and reporting. This role will report to the SVP, and support both the sales the marketing teams.
Manage the sales and marketing technology stack for sales and marketing
Work with sales and marketing leadership to optimize lead flow, sales processes, and sales methodologies to maximize ROI and productivity
Help leadership make data driven decision by developing and maintaining sales and marketing analytics, reporting, KPIs, and dashboards.
Assist marketing in the execution of all digital communications with prospect and customer base, including a variety of product-based drip and nurture campaigns
Proactively identify and prioritize opportunities for continuous improvement
5+ years of working in a digital marketing/marketing and sales operations role in technology
Highly skilled with marketing automation tools
Exceptional analytic and ROI skills
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
